Description:
On 07/22/2025 hiked the southern three quarters of a mile below the Stormy Peak Road down to the old cabin site. Threw sticks and rocks off the trail but did not cut any of the approximately 100 down trees across the trail. There are three or 4 places where Trail relocation for short distances would be desirable to avoid wet swampy areas. Approximately 50 percent of the area along this section of trail burned in the 2022 Moose Fire. Unfortunately the cabin remains burned up also. photo attached.
