Description:
Trails dries out pretty quick. Had a lot of rain 2 days prior. But trail was fine after 2 days of sun. This trail has had better days. The developers have taken a large part of the bottom of the trail. And the rest is getting a little overused (like most popular trails in the area). Trail has become a bit choppy in some areas. I've been riding it for many years, but I think I'm over it.
