 True, but the eroded section is pretty heinous. Not really that fun to ride up on the shoulder the whole time. The main thing is that: IT'S ONLY GONNA GET WORSE.
Sorry for yelling, this is important.
Who's in charge of maintenance on this section?
Can we get a work party out there this fall so it could set up over the winter?
This is part of a bigger problem with the mixed ownership of the Greater Sage Hills trails.
Ive heard that the PUD doesnt even want to acknowledge the basic existence of some of the upper trails (the bulk of lightning, snakebite, heart murmur etc).
We have the beginnings of a world class hike and bike trail network and we need to be good stewards of what we've already got. Coyote is a steeper trail and steeper trails inherently need more maintenance or it'll all just go to pot.
