Pink Starfish Trail on Fromme Mountain has been permanently closed

We have closed Pink Starfish Trail on Fromme Mountain effective today, as the trail was environmentally unsustainable.

Trail deactivation and decommissioning will begin immediately, and work to restore the forest floor will continue through 2017.

Trail is still open and rideable. Some of the new woodwork that was decommissioned is on the trail itself so you'll have to walk around it. ... view

 @yardsale1 It’s hard to find OG North Shore on mountains Seymour and Fromme, but all the old relics are kept on Cypress mountain. That’s where so me good stuff is

 Yup Cypress scratches the oldschool shore itch. Upper Oilcan and Boundary are cool but Fromme as a whole is prrretty boring.

 Not entirely. Bookwus, Executioner, Ladies, Pipeline....Grannies, Crippler all offer some of the experience that should be why you are riding. If you take out the flow trails that are popular now Fromme is still got it. Some trails are boring but as a whole Fromme is not. Cypress is a great mountain but it will be developed at some point, Fromme cannot.
