A bit longer of a lollipop loop, this ride is perfect for more advanced riders. Starting from the Adobe Jack Trailhead, located on the north side of Hwy 89A, climb Adobe Jack to the Devil's Kitchen Sink Hole. Take Jordan West towards Soldiers Pass Rd. and head up Teacup towards Thunder Mountain. Teacup starts off mellow but will challenge you on technical, rock armored traverses and some chunky uphill. When you reach the intersection of Thunder Mountain and Andante, you have the option to do this loop either direction. Thunder Mountain Trail will continue this trend with more rock armoring and amazing views as you head West along Thunder Mountain. Loop back towards Teacup via Andante and head back towards Jordan. Teacup is a fast and fun descent, just watch for traffic Hit Jordan and take it to the Ant Hill intersection. Take a right on Anthill towards the Grand Central switchbacks and climb to the top of the Ant Hill. Drop in off the top and descend some rowdy downhill to Crusty. Climb Crusty back to the Trailhead. This ride will take a Sedona local 2 to 2.5 hours. If you're new to desert riding, be prepared to be out for 3 hours with plenty of water and nutrition. You can cut this route short by cutting out Thunder Mountain and Andante.
