Trail Bull Run
Agree with above - higher end of grade 3 - great fun and always kept you on your toes. Very thin trail. Rode it completely dry but could be very different in the wet.

Trail Borderline
Superb descent from Old Coach Road. A lesson in keeping off the brakes. Great rocky chutes and pretty steep in parts but all excellent entertainment!

Trail Bull Run
Agree this is a pretty challenging grade 3 to ride at speed. Maybe grade 4.

Trail Not the Bees
This is poorly labeled. There are essentially two trails here as has been outlined. The vast majority is 4x4 doubletrack down into a valley.

Trail Bull Run
Best blue trail in Belmont. Surprisingly challenging single track mostly under cover with a mixture of berms, descending corners, mini-steeps and techy sections. Probably at the harder end of a grade three, particularly in the wet. There is a helpful sign in a particularly slippery area warning riders but it is no different from conditions at Waiu or Tunnel Gully. Midway there is a hard and easy branch but the hard doesn’t seem too much different in terms of difficulty.

Trail Bull-A-Varde
Unremarkable single track connector trail from Old Coach Road to Bull Run and Sweetacres - with the exception of the super fun climbing switchbacks at the very start.

Trail Not the Bees
Some nice technical descending corners from the Trig for a few hundred metres, then mellows out to a fast and loose descent on a 4x4 track for the remainder. Fairly popular with walkers in both directions. There is a bridge to the right of the shallow stream crossing at the bottom, easy to miss if you are going quickly.

Trail Bull Run
Felt like a hard grade 3. Tougher, tighter and more serious than Electric Avenue on the other side.

Trail Not the Bees
The track’s been groomed in late 2020/early 2021 so the ruts have gone and the first steep bit seems to be a little less so. Still plenty of places where you can have a challenge to keep traction with your rear wheel - type 2 fun - but the view’s usually worth it!
