Before Work is a 4 mile less popular intermediate route located near Ladysmith British Columbia. This mountain bike only route. This route includes 12 trails. This route climbs 765 ft with a max elevation of 982 ft then descends -737 ft.

    A bit overgrown but totally rideable. Some section felt like a little additional rock roll here and there would be the better route.
