This is the traditional race loop for the XC day of the Capitol Forest Classic and is a great introduction to what the Forest has to offer. Out of the Fall Creek TH, climb up the Wedekind Trail to Crestline. Take Crestline up to the Peak, then descend down GL6.

CFC XC Loop is a 15 mile moderately popular intermediate route located near Olympia Washington. This mountain bike only route and has a hard overall physical rating. This route includes 6 trails. This route climbs 2,289 ft with a max elevation of 2,464 ft then descends -2,293 ft.
