Dino Flow is stellar, with just enough tech to keep it interesting but nothing that's scary. There are also the Jurassic, Agate and Jasper trails, which are green and are probably the truest green trails in Moab. You can make a nice loop using Jurassic and Dino Flow.

Dino Flow Jurasic Loop is a 12 mile moderately popular intermediate route located near Moab Utah. This mountain bike only route. This route includes 11 trails. This route climbs 508 ft with a max elevation of 4,794 ft then descends -494 ft.
