Really dry, the sand is very loose where any water flows from significant storms etc. Some overgrowth on the downhill section towards the low point where the sand is deep. Lots of animal crap on the trail. Chunky in spots, fast, fun, some loose rock in high speed areas so be cautious. The climb up is no joke 2 difficult switchbacks on large rock formations with deep ruts, have to keep solid momentum and take a good line or you’ll be stopping completely. Once the downhill starts one decent drop that’s rutted out to an immediate switchback. If you like to pop off the drop be ready on the brakes. Enjoy! Dryview

ebike A lot of medium-sized rocks in the washed but, it’s the desert so…. Keep an eye out for Gila Monsters, they like to sun on the trail. Dryview

as of writing this the track just got raced on and has some serious ruts on the first section up until the intersection were it spits into the full loop and technical part. Variableview

As of my ride on November 24, there's a cactus down on the trail. It's at the 2 mile mark if you used the cut through trail to avoid the technical segment Idealview

I was surprised that the trails had some moisture recently because the trails had less “loose gravel” ; which made for ideal climbing conditions in low gears. Idealview
