This is a 6.3 mile one-way loop. The loop starts from the parking lot and is a steady gradual climb for the first 1.5 miles, with some ups and downs. About halfway through the trail, there is a punchy climb with a few switchbacks taking you up a ridgeline, which is immediately followed by a fun techy descent. From there it's a relatively flat ride and gentle descent back to the beginning.

Really fun and wide open. Can go pretty fast. Seemed like mostly green and some blue. If you can ride the entire dessert classics in south mountain, this will be easy. Except for the north part of the track where it gets really steep with some switch backs. That part is tough. Close to low lever black due to the steepness but you can just walk that smaller part of it if needed and if you have to step off, there’s enough room that you don’t fall off to the side and die.

Most of the track is pretty high speed. The climb up the mountain is challenging with its hairpin turns. The "technical loop" isnt too bad, the backside of the mountain is more technical and is black, if not double black in some areas. After the really chunky stuff on the mountain it's pretty flowing and higher speeds again. The trail is mostly blue/green but the mountain and backside needs to be rated separately as black/double.

Fun trail. Great for a workout. You can really keep your speed up through most of it since it is hardpack. The descent down the mountain is fun and there are a couple challenging climbs.
