A fun loop of Knox with a small traverse on the way down cutting off of Shale Trail to ride all of Simpson.

Knox Loop is a 5 mile popular intermediate route located near Kelowna British Columbia. This mountain bike primary route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 8 trails. This route climbs 1,104 ft with a max elevation of 2,035 ft then descends -963 ft.
