This is our Highlands Cycling Club Race Night Course for Wednesday August 2nd.
The route starts at the top of Roosevelt Drive and begins by riding south on Roosevelt to the Junction with Highlands Rd and LimeKiln Rd. Continue though the junction onto Limekiln Rd and follow it up a moderately steep hill. Just after a tight hairpin in the road, the continental divide trail (CDT) crosses the road and we will turn left down the the CDT which will take us down to Pipestone Pass on fun singletrack. At Pipestone Pass we will jump onto the Milwaukee Rd Railway grade where we will go over the trestle bridge and make a left on Scouts Ridge Trail which is the first of the Thompson Park trails to branch off. Scouts Ridge Trail joins up with Crook Camp Trail and takes us back to the start of our loop.
