This trail is challenging and may require frequent breaks and walkable features.

Start up Creamy Whip, take a right to climb the switchbacks, land up on the hill (and take a break at the bench on The Falls + Creamy Whip intersection). Decent down The Falls through rocky declines and switchbacks, turn left at the fork to climb up the jump line section, decent down to meet at the same fork, flow right on The Falls through the downhill rock crossing, up to the Shepherd Creek Lot (with an optional extra climb on The Falls to the parking lot). Climb up Exit 14 and enjoy a break in the shade. Decent down a rocky section through a flow trail. Take a right on Cherry On Top to the brick section, enjoy flowy uphill downhill sections with optional jumps. Stay to the left on Cherry on Top, through more flowy uphill downhill sections. Finish up Cherry on Top to ride The Wall. Take a break when Cherry meets The Wall. The Wall includes a decent and climb variety with an optional jump section up a narrow shoulder back to Creamy Whip (and take another break at the infamous bench). Take Creamy Whip over the log roll and up the climb, leading to a flowy downhill section with a few jumps, tight switchbacks, and narrow shoulders. Decent down on Creamy Whip back to the parking lot.
