A solid 20km route through Nerang which is full of interesting obstacles and a relatively quick route depending upon fitness. If pushing at 11 km/h+ you can do this in about 1.5 hours. Once you reach the top of elevator there are few long climbs and it's quite enjoyable to cruise. The trails at the back have plenty of bridges, logs, jumps and things to spice things up

Rhys' Run is a 13 mile intermediate route located near Gold Coast. This mountain bike primary route can be used both directions and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 27 trails. This route climbs 1,549 ft with a max elevation of 549 ft then descends -1,579 ft.
