This loops is very strenuous with several hike-a-bike sections from Tibble Fork. Please be very careful climbing up from Tibble because this is a very popular shuttle/downhill section when descending from the Ridge. The upper Mill Canyon climb has some gorgeous cut single track and is a great way to climb to the Ridge from the Mill Canyon/Mud Springs junction.
