The 306 Trail breaks off of the 100 and reconnects at places. These sections of the 306 are not as wide, but are similar to the 100. Fairly flat, with some baby heads and golf ball size rocks. The only difficult sections are the wash crossings which tend to be a quick drop on concrete like rock with a punch and sometimes loose climb out. But the connecting sections are pretty flat and easy rolling.
For hikers this is mostly an easy walk or run.
