Norsk (English Below):

English:
Åkrefjell, at 1209 meters above sea level, is one of the most popular peaks at Nesfjellet. The hike starts near 1000 meters and offers open mountain terrain with sweeping views in all directions. On clear days, you can see both Hallingskarvet and the mountains of Hemsedal from the summit.

The hike begins from the Jordeslie trailhead parking (or from Nystølkroken Café, about a 15-minute walk away). Follow the gravel road south, up a small hill and past the eastern shore of Midtre Båtstjern, a great spot for a refreshing swim on warm days. After about 2 km, the road turns into a trail – keep right and follow the path all the way to the summit of Åkrefjell. Take a well-deserved break and enjoy the panoramic views.

Return the same way, or continue toward Trommenatten for a longer loop.
