Asylum Trail is the main connector between Asylum St.and Taft trail. Bobcat Trail, Bedrock Trail and Sidewinder Trail are accessed via Asylum Trail. The trail ascends from the Asylum St end and crosses three boardwalks bridging seasonally muddy areas before ending at Taft Trail.

Access Info

An information kiosk is located at the trail head on Asylum St.however, there is no parking lot and the narrow road prohibits on street parking. Directly across the street from the Asylum Trail entrance is an entrance to Cormier Woods and there is a pull off that may hold 3 vehicles. Cormier woods is managed by the Trustees of Reservations and has it's own set of rules.
