      The OC Parks destroyed massive amounts of habitat to disrupt this trail and the thourogh job they did was certainly not cheap. Far more economic and environmental impact than the bikers ever caused. What a shame...

      The Backdraft MTB trail (AkA Tacos) has been 100% destroyed by OC Parks and is unrideable. The parks department used heavy equipment to blow up this trail, and has crossed it with bushes and cactus. The route is still discernible and could be reconstructed but it would take a lot of work. It is still fairly hike-able and is a beautiful gem of a trail.

      As of a week or so ago, this trail is shut down. A group of about 50 riders and growing are fighting this and they please ask to not vandalize or jump the fence in hopes of getting the trail back legally.
