Backflow brings you back to the top of Sand Mine Hill. It starts off with a roller coaster type trail that continues up and down with lots of grade reversals until you get to a real difficult longish climb then you flow down then up again until you get to the top of Sand Mine Hill so you can do that fun section all over again. Hiking not recommended due to slippery slopes.

Access is at the end of Quail Trail just before the parking area.
