Nice, but not a 5 star trail. Smooth and fairly fast, till you get low and it’s very overgrown with grass and bushes.
I rode it both ways, and it’s fine as a climb or descent. Maybe 3 stars if we’re being generous. Mostly for the beautiful views

Know that the climb just keeps on going. Nice single track, great views. This will pad your elevation stats. Love it.

Beautiful clear non technical trail. It eases into a nice valley through grass fields, birch trees and so many butterflies. Gradual incline. About half way it gets a bit steeper. The trail is in great shape so there should be no issue if you can climb 2000ft. And yes, it is beautiful. Once you hit the tree line there will be great views as you keep climbing. The downhill on Parker Gulch is similar except full exposure to sun all the way. No technical challenges really. Just do not underestimate the climb. On a personal note: I saw the trail as a connector to get back into town and clearly underestimated the climb.
