The flow trail has berms and rollers designed to allow the beginner rider to experience the flow of riding while allowing them to safely control their speed and descent. The advanced rider can choose to increase their speed and gap jump the rollers and whip through the berms.

Care must be taken to yield to golf carts on the cart path.

Access the trail from the North side of the Hub Cycling Centre located at the North Langford Recreation Centre.

      Wildly overgrown. Thorns at neck height. Natures barb wire sucks. Not worth it. I don’t think this trail sees much traffic at all.
