From the Toughnut area, ride the ridge-top road to its northern end
where the singletrack starts. Be aware of open pits and things start to
speed up, until an abrupt bike push to the top of Morning Mountain.
The popular start is by 13km of the Giveout West spur where the trail
heads down and surfs though old mine rock dumps before rolling into
the iconic Bears Den section that weaves through berms and rollers
amongst an old growth cedar grove.

Enjoyable blue trail with optional black features. The up ramps on the A-frames can feel a little steep but just carry a little momentum into them for maximum smoothness.
