Stigen börjar bakom Gåseborg och flowar snabbt ner bland rötter och stora stenar i det största nedförspartiet. Väl nere vid vattnet är det stenigt och trixigt och sedan går stigen långsamt uppför längst en gammal stenmur och sedan upp mot en brant häll - ta fart för att komma upp här och hällen är ofta blöt (om inte på sommaren).
Väl uppe kommer du till superfina hällar och vyer, här finns det massor av olika linjer att välja och den primära är mest tydlig. Stigen fortsätter sedan med lite mer vanlig skogsstig blandat med stenar, rötter och hällar. Slutar nere vid Kyrkahamn.

Stigen är väldigt fin åt andra hållet också.
