In 2019 the Dixie Mountain Bike Trails Association lead a huge volunteer effort to restore this trail to a usable bike trail. It’s still an old school mountain trail, but it’s fun. I would Rate this trail about 40% Black and 60% Blue. The climb from the Mesa trailhead at the top is difficult. It is similar in climbing difficulty to the ZEN trail. After the climb, there is still over a mile of rocky trail. After the junction with the Ice House trail it’s much faster and fun for several miles with a techy descent on the last half mile. You can avoid the climb by doing the Ice House Trail instead. It has more of the downhill fun without the climb.
