This is the main and most well used trail in this area. This doubletrack trail climbs up from River Road and descends into the Wolfe Creek Waste Disposal Site (Aka The Dump). This direction is recommended, as climbing up from the dump to the top of the mountain is extremely challenging with lots of loose rock combined with steep grades in sections. Several portions of the trail contain loose rock and roots.

Long push up from either end before a long bomb down hill. Over all area is more of an atv playground than a MTb destination . Single track areas...

Rode it with two kids, the uphill was mostly ridable except for a few sections, the down was a blast and somewhat challenging with loose rocks on steep parts. Nothing is market so get a good view of the map before looking for the trail

Is there a bike club or someone taking care of these trails? Currently it's a lot of unmarked quad trails. Some ruts and washouts because of that. I would be interested in going back if there is some single track. The ridgeline looks like it could have some wicked downhill sections.

Not as of yet, but I'd be open in starting something. I'm working on developing singletrack, but I'm not up there enough to be regularly working on it.

I’d love to work on adding single track to the area. Lots of potential.

So much potential to build some incredible Canadian Sheild single track with massive rock rolls/drops off this double track. Any experienced trail builders in the area want to plan?

I'm not up there as often as I'd like to be throughout the year, but I'd love to build more trails around "the mountain" and have already got a few routes in mind given some of my off-the-track hiking in the area.
