The BST Access trail is a recent cut near the Forest Service gate and the Provo Shooting Range. The trail starts at the east side of the new dirt parking area before the Forest Service gate on Squaw Peak Road. It gives a way to get to the BST and Pole Canyon through early and late season. The trail winds through scrub oak and has some tight sections. The trail is fairly steep on the uphill, which provides a thrill riding downhill. This trail may be unsanctioned.
