Entrance is from Weyerhaeuser Road, which in turn is bicycle/pedestrian accessible from either Mount Vernon Road or from Mountaingate Drive.

 A fairly gentle but long climb with a couple steeper rocky areas. Its a 2 track gravel road with 1/2 to 3"+ rock in some places. Morning slog up would be best as in the afternoons you are in the blazing sun and will get baked on a warm or hot day.
