A rare (for this area) wide level easy trail, following a canal from the Maple Dell trailhead to the Forebay Reservoir. Great views of Payson Canyon the whole way. One of the main accesses into the Forebay Recreation Area (Payson City). The trailhead is on BSA property, then the southern 2/3 of this trail is in the National Forest, the northern end in Payson City land.
