While perhaps Catamount Shortcut could possibly be called a "shortcut" to the summit of Catamount Hill, it's certainly not the easy way. Coming down, those with their wits and courage about them will be treated to lots of steep, technical rock sections that will definitely test your skillset. Dropper posts recommended. But the way up is incredibly hard because of all the rock stairs/etc. Black diamond going down, double going up.
