Begins near the shores of Cave Run Lake and Reynolds Hollow. Climbs southward to intersect with Hog Pen Trail #106 and Cross Over Trail #107. Goes south into Big Cave Run drainage and back to Zilpo National Forest Scenic Byway 918. Ends at the Tater Knob parking area.

A Bald Eagle Nesting closure on the northwest end of this trail is in effect from December 1 to July 1. It is illegal to be within 200 yards of an eagle nest, per the Bald Eagle Protection Act. At all times/year round do not go beyond the posted signs.
