A mostly XC trail with some short climbs, lots of long flowy sections and lots of rock. The trail ends out at a big rockface with great views out over Mt Vincent/Ilford. Take care on the final roll down to the rock and go right once you're on it.
This is a great spot for a breather. Catching the Gnome continues on from here on the opposite side of the rock.
