Descending from the top practically requires a mandatory hike down a steep and loose hill at the very top. Trust Trailforks to route you well, there are a few places to climb down. After that it's all singletrack.
Old trail that follows rough overgrown jeep road. Grass has grown over the top half of the trail. Easiest way to access is to walk up the old jeep road from the top of Upper Apricot Crisp and turn left on to the lower half of the old tread.
