Deroin is an optional line off of Pony. It is a flow/jump trail that is downhill only.

It starts with a slight climb that sets rider up for the fun to come. The first feature is a jump that is hipped to the left giving one some flirtation with a large tree on the right side of the trail. There is a roll-in option on the left side of the jump. This initial boost of speed sets you up for a large tight natural berm cut into the hillside. It's a full 180-degree berm and riders should stay high in it before diving downhill at its exit to maintain maximum speed.

A few quick pedal strokes can be taken before the next feature which is a jump with a steep takeoff. Riders can land in the backslope to maximize momentum or jump it like a typical tabletop. Pump the backside of the jump or use the backslope to maximize momentum into the next jump that lands into a slight berm to the left. There is another small jump where riders will land and have the option to use the backslope as a right hand berm before a slight uphill that sets riders up for the grand finale.

The trail begins to descend as it turns left in a banked turn and a large drop presents itself. After the high speed landing, the trail curves in an uphill berm to its intersection with Goat and Pony where riders can take Pony back to the north to session Deroin over and over.
