I recommend counter clockwise. There’s a couple sections of excellent tech that make this loop worth the visit but the climb out is tough.

Just stopped off after an airport delay with time to kill. Cool little urban park. Trails were trails. Not a destination but some technical aspects. Steep AF. Most the difficulty is from the grade combined with tech.
