Don’t let the easy start fool you. Goliath is the Giant of the Ridge. The first descent is fast, chundery, and steep. The trail quickly transitions into two bohemith berms. The trail then starts to introduce some large jumps as you weave in and out of the ski runs. Be sure to be on your “A game” as you cross under the Sarajevo Express, you don’t want all your buddies on the lift to see you eat it The trail stays rowdy all the way back to the lift so be ready to slay the Giant!

Video cannot do justice to how rugged this trail is. The opening rock garden is steep and fast. Be careful and stay in control, because once you're going its hard to stop on the giant rock slabs. Once you've made it out of the opening section, Goliath showcases what its all about: Tight, fast berms, steep lips and more rock gardens. I'm an intermediate rider, and this trail was just doable. If you aren't comfortable on Sector 12, definitely don't try Goliath. However, for advanced riders, this trail seems like an absolute blast. 10/10
