The unpaved section provides a way to complete the loop. Horses are allowed on this section of trail. There are a few other spurs south of this gravel path that are paved, but no riding in the Wetlands Park, only around it and over the bridge to the north

I’d avoid this one. So much broken glass & trash. There was also way to much running water but it’s been a super wet spring here 23’. There are other ways to finish the loop on the road, with decent bike lanes. However it’s still a bustling city, so take that into account.

This trail is under construction. It connects the Pabco Trail head parking lot with the Wetlands Visitor Center Parking lot. From the Pabco trailhead heading north the trail follows a dirt access road. Near the old Sam Boyd Stadium the road ends and the trail heads into a drainage. From here there is a section under construction where there is no trail and you are riding up a wash. We were here in June and there was too much water to pass through this section. On the other side of a drainage ditch which drains into the Las Vegas wash the trail continues on a wide dirt access road. There is no way to get to it when the wash is filled with water. Eventually the City of Las Vegas will complete the Wetlands Loop but no telling when.

This trail would be nicer of there no homeless people living here (sorry if it sounds bad saying it but we literally had to ride trough someone’s home). Definitely wait at least a week after it rains to ride this trail. There was a section where everything just became sinking mud.
