As the name states, this is a smooth, fast and flowy trail that will drain you out of the forest. It is a nice option if your legs are not in the mood for the climb to the Upper Lookout. The options at the end of the trail are to either take the right fork and add Bonzai and Pole Dancer to your ride, or keep left to access Mid-Knight's Express.
