Duck Farm Loop is one of Chilliwack's epic technical XC trails, with plenty of wood features, roots and logs. It starts on Yarrow Central Road just east of the railway, and works its way up the hill through a residential development. The developers built a new access trail to allow mountain bikers to continue to use the trail. You'll cross over Tempus Drive and continue east across the development. After heading east 200m past the development, the trail curves around to the right and back up the mountain. These climbs are steep and technical, with small rock gardens to keep it interesting. Once you reach the southwest end of the trail, you'll work your way northeast towards the blue Duck Farm descent trail, which ends on Yarrow Central Road about 1km east of where you started. This ridge portion of the trail is also technical, snaking its way through the forest with more rocks gardens and wood features.

Duck Farm Loop has some of the most gorgeous creek crossing with bridges on Vedder, and the trail's builders continue to maintain the trail.

Fall is here. Quite a bit of leaves and deadfall scattered over the trail. Big tree in one spot that will need a chainsaw.
