Would recommend you start from red end on Trailforks.

Great trail to show new riders if it's not their first ride, great trail to warm up on if you're an experienced rider.

Decent flow trail but you have to work to find that flow. Nice features that'll keep you on your toes: opens up with a bunch of small rock rollers leading into a little berm, lots of big roots across the trail all throughout, in the middle of the trail there's a big(ish) rock roller but it shouldn't cause you any grief even as a new rider, trail opens up on some places allowing you to pick up some serious speed.

There's a fork in this trail, if you have the stamina take the longer route because this section is a great flow trail, nothing will really slow you down, the climb out is nice and punchy, quite technical and will test your ability to keep the power on the pedals over rough terrain.

Overall this trail is a bit of fun but a bit flat requiring you to stay on the pedals if you want to find the flow that the description boasts.
