This is a double track that can be ridden up or down. If you are leaving the summit of Twin Peaks heading down into Sage this adds more mileage but allows you to avoid the the steeper, more technical trail to the north. It will spit you out on the forest service road below and from there it's easy cruising into Sage Hills on more double and single track.

For those of you climbing up Twin Peaks to the summit, this will take off some of the mileage instead of staying on the main road.

 This can really be viewed as the upper part of Fairview since the noted upper part of Fairview is either misplaced or is no longer accessible.
