This trail is dedicated to Jeff Temple of Qualicum Beach who left us too soon. He was a mountain biker, trail builder and guitar maker of renown. Fir Ball was built with tools that Jeff had left in the bush and have now been reclaimed and put back into action. I'm sure he would like that idea
