Short little connector, that is really wide. It appears to be an old jeep or access trail to some fenced water facility. Makes for a nice little lollipop if you are doing a quick hike. There is a water crossing, which has no bridge, but some big rocks lined up. Even at high water, you can typically get across and stay dry.
