The trail starts on an old timber road. The climb to the top is steep with punchy and technical spots. I think it is fairly short, my son, not so much. You can look forward to an up-and-down plateau with steep switchback descents and challenging climbs. This section is short and offers some vista points of steep green walls. One vista point has an unexpected sitting bench memorial. From here it is consistently awkward and fun DH. The trail ends in an area full of what looks to be rental cabins. Follow the obvious road out to HW 26 and you are done.
