Excellent backcountry singletrack, rocky, rough, and fast Route finding is clear and simple, no options currently exist on the ground. Suggest parking near Douthat Road, and climbing McGraw Horse Loop/Douthat Connector, or Stony Run for a great loop. Semi shuttled options exist as well using Smith Creek Road and minimal climbing on Sandy Gap, or Airport Road and all of Sandy Gap Trail.
