mtb Freerider is drying out nicely but there are still a few muddy spots. Trail maintenance (rock armor and fill) completed on the muddy section on the rock wall. Rock armoring started on the long wet spot.

mtb The trail has variable conditions: dry, muddy and standing water. Trail work completed to try to reduce the mud on a section of the trail.

mtb Some of the trails at Fitz are snow packed with some clear patches but soft when the weather is warm. On the really cold days riders were riding ride pretty much anywhere on the top crust. Inspection completed on the following trails: original Fitz, Sweet Severn, Blowdown, Maddys Madness, Rocket Robert, Fatlip, Missing Link, Reindeer Rd, Freerider, Ella Awesome. Most bigger branches and tree falls were cleared off the trails. There are still a few trees down on freerider and one down on the top of missing link. Snow Packedview

hike The Fitz trails are not ready for cycling yet but are drying up nicely. The trails are wet in their normal places and a few other muddy spots. The top of Original Fitz had a lot of erosion this spring and the top of freerider experienced some minor trail erosion. Two trees cleaned up on the Cell Tower to Windmill Trail and debris cleaned up on other trails. Also some work done on trying to minimize the impact of standing water on the trails. A boardwalk on Freerider and a low bridge on Reindeer Road both have a broken board. The driveway to the Chalets is closed.
