Ground Control was originally designed to complete a climbing loop with Major Tom. It is a steeper climb/descent than MT. Taken together Major Tom to Ground Control will provide a great climbing loop in either direction.

Ground Control is either your quickest way to get to the top of Major Tom, or the quickest way to get from Major Tom down Which ever way you choose, its fun. The switch backs at the top can be a challenge, but they are worth it.
