Norsk (English below):

This is an easy and mostly flat trail suitable for both hiking and biking, following the sparkling Hemsila River. It’s well-suited for all skill levels.
The first section runs along a slightly wider gravel or walking path leading to the suspension bridge at Solstad. Here, you can choose to continue further down the river for a longer trip, or cross the bridge to the other side and follow Fiskumstigen back toward the town center for a shorter loop.
If you stay on the same side of the river, the trail transitions into a natural forest path with roots, light terrain, and a great flow. It continues to the Krikken waterworks, where you cross the Krikken bridge and then connect to Grønåsstigen.
