Hilldale Loop is a short trail that many people use as a lollipop at the southern end of a ride in the South Foothills. It is most popularly ridden in the clockwise (descending) direction. The climbing direction is less popular as it involves some short, steep, somewhat techy climbing. In the descending direction, there are some minor techy sections, but they are very short and there are no mandatory drops. The trail concludes with a quick, fun pumptrack section before linking back up with 401. Alternatively you can go straight and climb back up to trail 365.
